Important Notes about the Tea Party

How to Entry

Admission to the Tea Party is by pre-reservation only. Please read the following details carefully.

• 1 Please fill out the reservation form below.
• 2 You will receive a confirmation email from VOLKS USA, Inc.
• 3 After the entry period ends, you will receive an email with your invoice.

• * A lottery for participation may be conducted If we receive more entries than the numbers of seats available. If this occurs, we will notify you by email after the entry period has ended.
• * Please contact our Customer Service, if you have not received a confirmation email.
• * Entries from those younger than 15 years of age will not be accepted.

Payment Method

Credit Card and PayPal are the two available payment methods. Once you receive the email with your invoice after the entry period, please make your payment by following the instructions in the email. If a lottery is conducted, we will be sending out invoices to the winners. Once the lottery period is finished, VOLKS USA will send everyones result by email. We will not accept any payments at the party location.

Admission of Tea Party

Doors open for Tea Party at 2:00PM. There might be a possibility that the beginning of the party will be delayed due to late check-ins; so timeliness will be greatly appreciated. Please read the following directions carefully.

• ◆ Please bring Government Issued Photo ID
• ◆ We ask you to limit yourself to one Dollfie^® per person.
• ◆ You may not be granted entrance after the door closes at 3:30PM.
• ◆ Admission is only for the person who made a reservation and/or won the lottery. Others (family, relatives, friends etc.) are not allowed to enter unless they also made a reservation and/or won the lottery.

Important Rules to Remember

• ◆ If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our Customer Service before the end of the entry period (July 30th at 6:00 PM PST).
• ◆ For cancellations requested after payment, $50.00 will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• ◆ Any requests to transfer rights of admission to the third party (family, relatives, friends etc.) are not acceptable.
