Our Dollfie^® Doctors, who often greet guests at the workshop in the Tenshi-no-Sato in Kyoto, will accept consultation to each beloved SD at the Super Dollfie^® Beauty Salon in Dolls Party in LA! This Beauty Salon has been established as a special business workshop for Dolpa in LA, and all the services at Tenshi-no-Sato are not available. Since his knowledge is of VOLKS Super Dollfie^®, he will only be able to help you with your VOLKS SDs. We thank you for your understanding.

Tenshi-no-Sato

"Tenshi-no-Sato Kachu-an" in Kyoto, Japan (VOLKS' place of operation) is the birth place of the Super Dollfie^®. Since its establishment in the spring of 2004, countless fortunate Super Dollfie^® have met their owners through a precious bond. With that, Tenshi-no-Sato is also the workplace for the Dollfie^® Doctor. Within the Dollfie^® Doctor's workplace, there is a beauty salon that will answer any questions or concerns that you might have about your beloved Super Dollfie^®.

Elastic Cord Checkup

Properly adjusted elastic cords may improve your SD's posing ability. The Doctor may suggest the Elastic Cord Replacement Service if the cord is too worn out.

Body Parts Checkup

If your SDs have stability issues when you try to have them stand or sit down, ask the Doctor to check the inside of their bodies!

KIPS Setting (including exchange of SD16 Boy KIPS, Joint Ball, and Joint Sheet)

This menu is to set the joint sheet, called KIPS (Keep It Posted System), to SD joints to support their posing. The possible setting locations will be different by SD sizes.

Elastic Cord Exchange

This menu is to exchange the worn out elastic cord for a new one. There will be no extra-charge for the material.

There will be more services available at the booth. Please be advised from Dollfie^® Doctor during your doctor's appointment.

Questions & Answers

Q. Where should I bring my SD during Dolpa in LA?

A. Please come to the Super Dollie^® Beauty Salon booth, which is located in the Room: Atlanta & Boston. Please remain in your seat after you received a numbered ticket for your doctor's appointment.

*The treatment for Full Choice, Standard, Coordinate, and One-Off Models requires "Birth Certificate" and/or "Owner's Certificate".
*If the customer does not show up when called, it will be considered canceled.

Q. How long should I expect for my doctor's appointment?

A. We are expecting each appointment is about 15 minutes per SD. It may be changed depending on the condition of your SD.

Q. Are all the services at Tenshi-no-Sato available through the SD Beauty Salon
in Dolls Party in LA?

A. No. This Beauty Salon has been established as a special business workshop for Dolls Party in LA, and all the services at Tenshi-no-Sata are not available.

Q. Would Dollfie^® Doctor take a look at my Dollfie Dream^® or other company dolls?

A. No. Since his knowledge is of VOLKS Super Dollfie^®, he will only be able to help you with your VOLKS SDs. We thank you for your understanding.

• 1. This service is subject to only Super Dollfie^® and not available to the dolls released by other companies.
• 2. If the person does not show up when called, it will be considered canceled.
• 3. Available payment methods are: Cash and Credit Card.

Regarding Doctor's Appointments

• 1. Please bring "Birth Certificate" and/or "Owner's Certificate" for the treatment of Full Choice, Standard, Coordinate, and One-Off Models.
• 2. Please remove all accessories (such as outfit, wig, and eyes) before the appointment. We do not take any responsibility for accessories accepted together with your SD.
• 3. Please remove all the SD parts not included for this service before the appointment. We do not take responsibility for damaged makeup and/or body parts that have been customized by you or others.
• 4. Delivery or office pick-up service is not available for the SD Beauty Salon. Please take your SD home after your doctor's appointment.
