• *Please limit to only bringing VOLKS Dollfie^® dolls with you to the event.
• *Please keep in mind that the time on the schedule is subject to change depending on the situation.

Please read the detailed information before you submit the application form.

Admission Ticket

• *Once the number of applications reach the maximum number of seats available, a lottery will be held.
• *Please keep in mind that submitting this form is not a guaranteed entry to the Tea Party.
• *“Companion Ticket” are for people who would like to attend the Tea Party as a pair at a discounted ticket price.
• *For attendees who hold a "Companion Ticket", please arrive to the Tea Party entrance with the applicant.
• *You cannot transfer, sell, or borrow admission tickets to any other individuals.
• *Once submitted, your application details cannot be modified. Please make sure to fill out your application carefully.

Payment

• *The entrance fee will be charged via PayPal to each participant: the email will be sent to the address of each participant.
• *If you cancel your application after we receive your payment, the entrance fee will be taken as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.

Ordering Limited Items

• *For attendees holding a "Companion Ticket", they cannot order Limited SD nor enter the lottery for One-Off Models.
• *We cannot ship out any of the Limited Items you order. We will deduct the handling fee from the total amount of limited item and refund the rest of the payment via PayPal.
