Body Assembly
Please request this service if you want your SD to be assembled after using the Trade Exchange Service.
The Dollfie Doctor will check the condition of your SD's body and adjust the joint alignment and self-supporting rubber free of charge.
Adjustments will be completed on the spot, and you can take your SD home on the same day.
*There is a fee to replace the Elastic Cords or KIPS sheets.

What you need

- Certificates may be requested depending on the SD.
- Personal ID will be requested for the service to One-Off and Full Choice Models.
Appointment with Doctor
Expected Time: 15 ~ 20 minutes / Dollfie
- The time may change depending on the case.
Time for Procedures
Depending on the requested services and the SD's condition; the doctor will inform you how long the service will take and where it will be performed. Please be aware of the service time lengths in advance.
Short-Term Treatment
Expected Time: 10 ~ 15 minutes / Dollfie
- Your SD can go home on the same day.
- Doctor will perform services at the salon while you wait.
Long-Term Treatment
- Hospitalization: Mild treatment performed at our workshop.
- Homecoming: Severe treatment performed at Tenshi-no-Sato.
Expected Delivery Date: February - March 2027
- Your SD will be sent to Japan for long-term treatment.
- Shipping fees will be calculated and charged prior to delivery.
- Office Pick-Up is also available free of charge.
Questions & Answers
- Q.Can I request to apply these services to SD parts that I've exchanged through the Trade Exchange Service?
- A.Yes. Please answer "Yes" on the extra questions section on the Application Form if you would like to order both services. This service may require a longer processing time to complete. Please make sure to check the detailed information for the Trade Exchange Service.
- Q.If my SD requires Long-Term Treatment, how long will the treatment take?
- A.The procedure time will depend on the services required for your SD and will be determined by the doctor during your SD's check-up.
- Q.When do I need to pay for shipping? Where will my SD be sent back?
- A.VOLKS USA will calculate your shipping fee from the address provided on the Application Form.
We will contact you through email and send request payment prior to delivery. Please make sure to contact us, if your information will be changed in the future. - Q.Will I be able to attend the Tea Party with the SD that I brought for this service?
- A.We will not be able to return your SDs once they have been checked-in for Satogaeri. Please attend our party with another one of your beloved SDs.

Face Beauty Maintenance
Treatment Summary
This treatment is to reapply default makeup of stained or damaged SD heads to bring them back to the condition from when you first welcomed it.
- Beginning this year, the service fee is the same regardless of head size.
- Due to its popularity, the Face Makeup Renewal campaign has now become a permanent service.

1 Head Skin Peeling
This option is to sand the SD head’s surface to remove the yellowed layer (discoloration by ultraviolet light).

2 Extra Eyelash Installation
Add extra eyelashes to enhance your Dollfie's look. Choose from the following eyelash options:
- WT-16-BR (Brown) / Upper Eyelashes
- WT-16-BK (Black) / Upper Eyelashes
- WT-16-WH (White) / Upper Eyelashes (Specially developed exclusive color!)
- Volume Upgrade for Default Eyelashes
- A second layer of the original eyelashes is applied to create a fuller look.
- If your Dollfie already has multiple layers of default eyelashes, our makeup staff will select the most appropriate default eyelash style for the enhancement.
- The service fee includes the cost of the eyelashes.
- Eyelash placement and layering will be performed at the discretion of our makeup staff.

Face Makeup Renewal
We will clean head parts that have become worn or aged and apply new makeup.
For details about the recommended makeup styles available through Face Makeup Renewal, please refer to the Recommended Makeup page.
- Face Makeup Renewal is available for all Super Dollfie models except certain special editions, including PS Bisque models.
Important Notices
Service & Conditions
- This treatment only requires the SD head parts, please refrain from bringing other body parts.
- We cannot accept the SD head parts without SD Head Plates and custom heads (Ex. sanded and/or remodeled).
- Installed eyelashes will be the same as the default type at no extra-charge.
- We can install different "Doll eye" types as long as it has been released and produced by VOLKS.
- Since, all the makeup is applied by hand, it is not possible to perfectly recreate the original makeup.
SD Standard Model / Dear SD
- Applied makeup will be the most recent version.
- Dear SD requires a completed "Coordinate Model Certificate".
Coordinate Model
- This application requires a "Coordinate Model Certificate".
- Applied makeup will be the most recent version.
SD Online Full Choice Model (Limited in North America)
- This application requires a "Full Choice Certificate" and "Personal ID".
- The customer name must match the name on the certificate.
- The recommended makeups are not available for this model.
- Please bring in the SD without removing their makeup. If the SD’s makeup has removed and/or repainted, we cannot accept your application (removing and/or exchanging of glass eyes and eyelashes do not count).
SD One-Off Model
- This application requires a "One-Off Model Certificate" and "Personal ID".
- The customer name must match the name on the certificate.
- Please bring in the SD without removing their makeup. If the SD’s makeup has removed and/or repainted, we cannot accept your application (removing and/or exchanging of glass eyes and eyelashes do not count).
- Specific SD Makeup Artists will do this makeup so it might require extra time to complete.

- Please contact us about your application regarding Auction Model or Yume-no-Full Choice Super Dollfie®.
SD 13 Cecil the Scarface with Eye-Opening
- This application requires the "Eye-Opening Process Certificate".

- Please provide the Special Right Upper Arm (Scar Mold + Paint) with the head.
- We will clean and apply makeup to the Right Upper Arm for the same price.
SD 17 Reisner the Scarface with Eye-Opening
- This application requires the "Eye-Opening Process Certificate".
SD 17 Young Black Jack & SD 17 Black Jack Without Skin Graft Makeup
- This application requires the "Without Skin Graft Make-Up Satogaeri Certificate".
SDGr Belldandy Decal Application
- This application requires the "Decal Installation Certificate" and original decals that were included in the full set.
Face Makeup Renewal
- You may apply for this service regardless of how you obtained your Super Dollfie, skin specifications, and make-up condition or lack thereof. (Excluding for modified heads and PS Bisque Models).
Heads with excessive yellowing can also apply, but there is a possibility that the finished appearance may differ from the sample images. In such cases, we recommend the parts trade-in exchange service or the optional menu "Head Peeling" for a fee. - If there are scratches or discoloration on the head, it may affect the makeup's finish. In such cases, we recommend the parts trade-in exchange service or the optional menu "Head Peeling" for a fee.
- Super Dollfie without SD Head Plates will need to be individually checked by the VOLKS SD Satogaeri Office, so the processing period will be longer.
In the event that an item is found to be counterfeit, the customer will be responsible for any fees or damages incurred due to cancellation or return of the item. Please note that we will not be able to keep the product for authenticity evaluation. - The design of the recommended makeup will be updated periodically. For the Face Makeup Renewal service, the most recent design at the time of application will be applied. Please check the "Recommended Makeup Catalog" for the latest designs.
- Makeup changes (changes in color, drawing style, etc.) for recommended makeup cannot be made. The type of false eyelashes, gloss (lip gloss, etc.), etc. will be based on the samples in the Full Choice Order Catalog.
- You can specify whether or not the eyes will be attached and the gaze-direction you desire. If the eyes are made by VOLKS, we can attach different eyes than the ones that originally came with the doll.
- The SD you have applied for will be "recommended make-up" after this course, and the following applicable models will not be able to use the SD Homecoming Service "Face Beauty Up Course (SD Full Choice Model/SD One-off Model)" to return to the "make-up design at SD Pick-up".

Body Beauty Maintenance
Treatment Summary
This treatment performs overall maintenance and seam line removal of the entire SD body. By replacing the old elastic cord, looseness and instability of SD body will be resolved.
Extra-Charge Option Menu

1 Body Coating [UV]
This option applies the body with a UV (ultraviolet) resistant coating to give a matte look with a velvety texture to the SD skin.

2 Body Skin Peeling
This option sands the surface of the SD’s body parts to remove the yellowed layer (discoloration part by ultraviolet light).
- For the "KIPS joint ball" and "O ring" replacement on the SDGr Girls body, SD16 Boys body, SDGOU body, please request service through the Beauty Check-Up Menu.
- Special KIPS ("KIPS joint ball" & "O ring") will be exchanged when Trade Exchange Service is used.
