Our specialized Dollfie Doctors regularly meet guests at the workshop in the "Tenshi-no-Sato" in Kyoto for consultations and provide Satogaeri Services to beloved SD at the Super Dollfie Beauty Salon. We have brought this Beauty Salon from Kyoto as a special service workshop at Dolpa in LA.

Eligibility
- Guests attending Dolls Party in LA 6 or the Tea Party.
- A valid Dolpa in LA 6 Entry Badge or Dealer's Badge is required for the SD Beauty Salon.
Quantity Limit
- Up to 2 Super Dollfie (SD) per guest.
- A maximum of 2 head parts and 2 bodies may be accepted. We cannot accept three or more dolls/head parts from the same guest.

Please write your name on the Beauty Salon waiting list at the booth and receive a numbered ticket from our staff.Important Notes
- Please read the detailed information for each service before your application.
- We may not be able to accommodate every guest if the number of appointments exceeds our available capacity. We appreciate your understanding.
- Guests who join the waiting list on September 5 may not be able to receive a consultation if all available appointments slots are filled. If your consultation cannot be completed on September 5, your reservation will not be transferred to September 6.
If you wish to receive a consultation on September 6, please join the waiting list again on that day.
Basic Information of Beauty Salon
The Beauty Salon booth has two available types of service for your Super Dollfie. You can apply for both services at the booth on the day of the event.
Our doctors would like to see as many SD as possible within the available service hours. Please read the information below carefully and arrive prepared for your appointment. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

How to Apply?

1 Print and fill in the Application Forms prior to the event
- You can download the forms from this website.
- If you are bringing multiple SDs, please fill out separate forms for each SD.
[On the Day of the Event]
2 Numbered Ticket Distribution
- Write your name on the waiting list and receive a numbered ticket from the Beauty Salon reception staff. Appointments will be taken in numbered order.
Registration Start Time: September 5 @ 12:00 pm September 6 @ 10:00 am - Please be seated in the Beauty Salon waiting area until your number is called. If you are not present when your number is called, your reservation will be canceled, and we will proceed to the next appointment.
- Please remove all your SD's clothing and accessories prior to your appointment.
3 Appointment with the Dollfie Doctor
- Be prepared with your SD, and your application form when your number is called.
- Consultation with the doctor will require a completed application form.
4 Make your payment at the register
- Prices are available on detailed pages.
- Payments are cashless and can only be made via credit card.
5 When will I receive my SD?
- Satogaeri Service: Some services on the menu are eligible for same-day pickup, while others require a later return. Please refer to the Satogaeri Service page for additional details.
- Trade Exchange Service: Items will be returned to you at a later date.

Important Notices
- Services at the Beauty Salon are only available for Super Dollfie.
- Any services relating to SD head parts require the SD Head Plates to be attached. We do not accept any requests to reissue the head plates.
- Please be seated before your appointment. If you are not present when called, your spot will be canceled. We do not accommodate requests for changes or exchanges in the order.
- Doctor will see your SD in the order of arrival. Please note that they may not be able to see everyone if receive a large number of applications.
- Some services may require more than one day for completion. Please be aware of the service times prior to application.
- Please remove all accessories (such as wig, outfit, and eyes) and the SD parts unrelated to the service prior to the appointment. We cannot take any responsibility for lost and damaged of accessories, makeup, and body parts that have been customized by you or others.
- Changes and cancelation requests after payment will not accepted.
- Doctors may not be able to accept some service requests depending on situations, such as lack of required documents, counterfeit items, unproper or exceeded customizations, etc.
- If the doll and/or body parts that were turned in are found to "not be made by VOLKS"; we will return the doll and/or body parts to the owner. We will refund the service charges excluding shipping and handling fees.
- PS Ever Beauty & PS Bisque Models are unable to apply for these Beauty Salon Courses.
- Special models such as Auction Models, Yume no Full Choice Models require consultation before the application.

Additional Info About Super Dollfie®
Tenshi-no-Sato, Kachu-an
Tenshi-no-Sato Kachu-an is located in Saga-Arashiyama, Kyoto (VOLKS' place of operation) is the birth place of the Super Dollfie. Since it was first established in Spring of 2004, countless fortunate SDs have met their owners by forming a precious bond.
There are Japanese Garden and Historical Architecture on the approximately 106,750 ft2 (3000 Tsubo) site, and you can enjoy the beautiful sceneries of four seasons in Kyoto with your Super Dollfie.
Within the facility, there is the Super Dollfie Museum that exhibits the world's biggest SD collection. Tenshi SDs exclusive to Tenshi-no-Sato and and Coordinate Models, are always there waiting for you. This museum is perfect for enjoying the world of Super Dollfie.
Dollfie® Doctor
Dollfie Doctors are VOLKS professionals who specialize in the maintenance and care of Super Dollfie. Their office called "Kōbō (means workshop or studio)" is located within Tenshi-no-Sato.
Their mission is to help owners better understand their Dollfie and bring a happy Dollfie Life for Super Dollfie through their services. They conduct consultations and provides Satogaeri Services for Super Dollfie from all over the world.
