1 Applying for the Tea Party Ticket
After you read through the Terms and Conditions, please apply for the Tea Party through our web store.
The link is at the bottom of this page.
2 Receiving a Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email with the email address you have provided.
*We will conduct a lottery if we receive more applications compared to the seat availability.
3 Making the Payment for Your Ticket
Please complete your payment according to the directions on the confirmation email.
4 Exchanging the Tea Party Ticket & the Entry Badge
Both ticket and badge will not be delivered.
Please pick up your ticket and badge on the day of the event.
5 Attending the Tea Party
Check-in will be at the front door, please bring your ID for verification.
Terms and Conditions
Application & Payment
- Please keep in mind that applying does not guarantee entry to the Tea Party.
- A lottery will be conducted, once the number of applications reach the maximum number of seats available.
- For attendees who have a "Companion Ticket", please arrive to the Tea Party entrance with the applicant.
- By applying, the applicant confirms that they have read and agreed to our latest version of the Terms and Conditions.
Attending the Party
- Attendees under 15 years of age are not admitted to this party.
- Please limit to only bringing VOLKS Dollfie dolls with you to the event.
- Please make sure to be seated prior to the stage show. If the person does not arrive before the show, their spot will be canceled.
- The contents of the Tea Party (such as service, price, and schedule) are subject to change without notice. Please check back frequently for the latest information.
- Attendees may be updated by email. Please make sure to check the information from VOLKS USA.
Cancel & Refund
- Any changes and/or cancellation requests after payment will not be accepted.
- VOLKS USA will not honor any requests of transferring the winning rights to any other individuals.
- If you cancel your application after we have received your payment, the entrance fee will be taken as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.

*Applications after the bidding period cannot be accepted.
2 Result Announcement
Lottery winners will be announced at the stage.
*Any winners not present at the announcement will be re-selected.
3 Pick-Up Procedure
Please make payment right after the announcement.

- This lottery is conducted to select a winner to purchase the One-Off Model. It is not a free gift.
- SD is for over the age of 15, and any entry from the person under the age of 15 are not accepted.
Winning & Payment
- Any requests to transfer rights of winners to the third party are not acceptable.
- Winning entries are considered to be canceled if winners do not show up during the announcement.
- Please provide us with your identification such Driver's License, Passport, etc.
- Payment must be made same day at the event. (We accept payment by Credit Card.)

Entry Steps
1 Let’s sign up to enter the Dollfie contest at registration!
- Entry is one Dollfie per person.
- Space is very limited; we may have to turn down entries in case of maxed participants.
2 Let’s exhibit your Dollfie!
- Please exhibit your Dollfie in any place you like and wherever you feel confident.
- Please make sure that your entry number tag is visible next to your Dollfie!
3 Winning announcement on stage!
- Winners will have their submitted pennames announced.
Please make your way towards the stage once your name is announced.
Terms and Conditions
- As long as your SDs and DDs are following the theme, they can be entered with their default VOLKS make-up or custom make-up. (Dollfie entries with no make-up, sanding, and putty will not be accepted.)
- We have the right to refuse any entries that do not follow the guidelines of the contest and/or is deemed inappropriate.
- For all participants, please come pick up your Dollfie after the voting period has ended.
How to Vote
Let's vote for participating Dollfie!
- You will receive a voting paper upon admission. (One vote per person.)
- Please vote for your favorite Dollfie.
Dollfie® Owners Best Dressed Contest
As mentioned earlier, this event is not limited to just Dollfie! You can be crowned as the best dressed Dollfie owner that night!
Please obtain contestant badges to join this event, and audiences will decide the No.1 dressed person based on the Tea Party's theme! Of course, a special prize will be prepared for the winner as well!
Dress up alongside your beloved Dollfie and impress fellow tea party attendees!

- Please make an entry at our reception counter on the day of the event.
- Our VOLKS staff will take a picture of you and provide you with a number tag.
- Please be sure to put it on you and wear it on a visible spot during the event.
