Admission Steps

1 Applying for the Tea Party Ticket

After you read through the Terms and Conditions, please apply for the Tea Party through our web store.
The link is at the bottom of this page.

2 Receiving a Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email with the email address you have provided.
*We will conduct a lottery if we receive more applications compared to the seat availability.

3 Making the Payment for Your Ticket

Please complete your payment according to the directions on the confirmation email.

4 Exchanging the Tea Party Ticket & the Entry Badge

Both ticket and badge will not be delivered.
Please pick up your ticket and badge on the day of the event.

5 Attending the Tea Party

Check-in will be at the front door, please bring your ID for verification.


Terms and Conditions

Application & Payment

  • Please keep in mind that applying does not guarantee entry to the Tea Party.
  • A lottery will be conducted, once the number of applications reach the maximum number of seats available.
  • For attendees who have a "Companion Ticket", please arrive to the Tea Party entrance with the applicant.
  • By applying, the applicant confirms that they have read and agreed to our latest version of the Terms and Conditions.

Attending the Party

  • Attendees under 15 years of age are not admitted to this party.
  • Please limit to only bringing VOLKS Dollfie® dolls with you to the event.
  • Please make sure to be seated prior to the stage show. If the person does not arrive before the show, their spot will be canceled.
  • The contents of the Tea Party (such as service, price, and schedule) are subject to change without notice. Please check back frequently for the latest information.
  • Attendees may be updated by email. Please make sure to check the information from VOLKS USA.

Cancel & Refund

  • Any changes and/or cancellation requests after payment will not be accepted.
  • VOLKS USA will not honor any requests of transferring the winning rights to any other individuals.
  • If you cancel your application after we have received your payment, the entrance fee will be taken as a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.
