About Online Full Choice System

Q1: How am I able to place an Online FCS order?
A: You can place an Online FCS order during the designated open order period. Available Super Dollfie (SD) size options and order dates are announced in advance though our Social Media and Newsletter. For additional questions, feel free to contact VOLKS USA Customer Service.
Q2: Whose name will be on the Owner Certificate of my Super Dollfie®?
A: The billing name will be the one printed on the birth-certificate of your SD. Any after-service inquiries will only be addressed to the registered owner. To prevent any confusion, please ensure that the billing and shipping names match when placing your order.
Q3: Can my shipping name be different than the one my billing address?
A: We request that the billing and shipping names match when placing your order.
Q4: Can I have my order shipped to a third party or another person?
A: We advise against shipping your order to a third party. We understand that some customers place orders through the VOLKS USA website or have a third party order on their behalf, with the intention of having a friend, relative, or business forwarding the shipping for them. As we cannot control what happens to a package after it leaves our hands, we can only cover damages, loss, defects, and other issues between us and the original shipping destination. We cannot guarantee the quality or condition of items purchased through a third party. Please be aware that this service is intended solely for genuine owners, not for individuals purchasing items for resale.
Q5: How long will it take for me to receive my SD after placing the Online FCS order?
A: Delivery may take up to five (5) months from the date we receive your order. The arrival of your Super Dollfie may vary based on your specific order situation, customs inspections, and the shipping process.
t will take approximately two months from the day we received your order. The arrival of your SD may take longer or shorter due to your order situation, customs inspection, and/or shipping process.

About Ordering Process

Q1: What am I expected to do after I place my pre-order?
A: A copy of your order details will be emailed to the address you provided during checkout. In addition, your order details will be available in your order history for future reference.
However, if you do not receive an order confirmation from us after you place your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
Q2: What will be included in the basic price of Online FCS?
A: The basic price of Online FCS includes:
  • Your SD Parts you Selected (Head, Body, Hands, Legs/Feet)
  • Super Dollfie® Guide Book (English)
  • Birth certificate of your Super Dollfie®
  • Extra KIPS or "Keep-It-Places" *little silicone disks for your SD
  • Futon (Cushion)
  • SD sized FCS Box
Q3: Where can I buy doll items like wigs, dresses, shoes, or accessories for my Super Dollfie?
A: You can find a wide selection of goods for your Super Dollfie at the VOLKS USA Web Store or the VOLKS International Web Store.

Regarding Cancellation and Defects

Q1: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted through Online FCS. Please make sure that you have selected the correct size, style, color, and other details before submitting your order.
If you have any questions about item size, availability, or any other concerns, please contact VOLKS USA Customer Service before placing your order.
Q2: What should I do if I my Online FCS order arrives damaged / has defects / is missing items?
A: Please contact VOLKS USA Customer Service within two weeks after delivery (14 days, including weekends and holidays) of delivery and include your original order information.
