Thank you very much for placing your pre-orders.

We had planned to send out the products in Winter 2019. However, some of our manufacturing facilities in Japan have suffered from severe typhoon damage in 2019. As a result, we deeply regret that we have no choice but to divide the shipments into three waves.

We sincerely apologize for this change to our planned schedule that had been announced in Volks News Vol. 85 and various advertisements. We are terribly sorry to inconvenience and disappoint our customers who are looking forward to receiving their products.

First Wave Shipping will begin from End of January 2020

Second Wave Shipping will begin from End of May 2020
Applies to: Customers who pre-ordered from Nov. 1, 2018 to Nov. 30, 2018
Third Wave Shipping will begin from End of June 2020
Applies to: Customers who pre-ordered from Dec. 1, 2018 to Dec. 2, 2018
  • * It will take approximately 14 days from when we begin shipping to when we finish sending all of each Wave shipments.
  • * This Delivery Schedule will be only applied to the customers who pre-ordered through VOLKS USA, INC.
  • * Please be aware that the delivery schedule may subject to change. We will keep you updated when it changes.

PRE-ORDER STEPS

  • 1. Click on the picture of the DD limited item with your choice of payment.
  • 2. Place DD limited item into your cart after you have checked the item information.
    Then proceed to the checkout page.
  • 3. Follow the instruction on the Checkout page and choose the shipping method you like.
  • 4. A “Registration complete” page will be displayed once you are finished. An email confirming the completion of your entry for this lottery will be sent to the email address you specified on registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at service@volksusa.com.
  • 5. This concludes the registration for the Preorder for DD limited item.

QUESTION AND ANSWER

Q1: What am I expected to do after I place my pre-order?
A: An invoice will be sent to you at the email address you used at the time of your pre-order. Please make sure to keep that invoice with you. VOLKS USA will contact you as soon as we are ready to ship your order. We will keep the record of your order on our system. However, if you do not receive the invoice from us after you place your order, please contact us our customer service at service@volksusa.com immediately.
Q2: If I pay a deposit, when will I pay the remaining balance for my order?
A: We will send you an email when your order is ready to be shipped out. Please refer to the instructions described in the email for paying the remaining balance.
Q3: Can I cancel my order while I am waiting to receive my pre-order?
A: You can cancel your pre-order during the pre-order period (10/20 - 12/2/2018).
When you cancel your order, the deposit made at the time of order will be retained as a cancellation fee. Please note the deposits are non-refundable.
Q4: Can I change the information such as the name, address, or phone number after my order is placed?
A: If you wish to change your information, please contact our customer service.
Q5: I want to place an order, but are there any differences in ordering at the VOLKS USA site and the VOLKS International Web Store site?
A: Yes. The orders will be shipped out from the store where you made your orders at. VOLKS International Web Store is run by VOLKS, Inc in Japan. Each store manages its events differently. Please read the regulations and contact the customer service of the store if you have any questions.

  • 1. When you make entries or purchase orders through our web site, you agree with our terms of service. Since the terms of service are subject to change without notice, please check back with the latest information.
  • 2. Pre-Order of DD limited item is eligible for the registered VOLKS USA Web Store users residing in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
  • 3. There is no limit to the number of pre-orders per customer.
  • 4. Shipping costs for your pre-order will be charged when you pay the remainder of your balance.
  • 5. Orders will be shipped out sequentially. It will take several days for us to complete shipping for all customers.
  • 6. Please be aware that the delivery schedule may change, or that we may divide shipping into multiple groups depending on how many orders we receive.
  • 7. Please be aware that your down payment will be kept as a cancellation fee if you decide cancels your order.
  • 8. The only payment option is by credit card, credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER), or PayPal. VOLKS USA cannot accept any other methods such as money orders, personal checks, etc.
  • 9. For those who chose "Pick-up" for your shipping method, please come to pick up your items within two weeks after you receive your pick-up notice from us. If you do not contact us or come to pick up your items within two weeks, we may cancel your order.
  • 10. The item pictured is a sample. Please understand the items included may change and the actual product may vary.
  • 11. Please purchase items other than the DD limited item separately. These items will not be shipped together with the DD limited item.
