To celebrate Hatsune Miku’s Tour in North America, we would like to release our Dollfie Dream® Snow Miku and her limited item with this special opportunity!

"SNOW MIKU" is a character who livens up Hokkaido in winter. The design is based on "a pure white snow sculpture of 'Hatsune Miku'". "SNOW MIKU" was created in 2010 when the snow statue was first displayed at "Sapporo Snow Festival". Since 2012, the costume design for "SNOW MIKU" has been chosen at a public competition and in 2014, "Rabbit Yukine" was chosen as her pet from among the public.

As for the costumes for 2015, themed on "SNOW MIKU x Plants", "SNOW MIKU"'s costume designed by "taran" and "Rabbit Yukine"'s costume designed by "hayuki" were selected. They will decorate the winter in Hokkaido with plants such as lily of the valley and rowanberry.

Hatsune Miku is a Japanese music sensation, a 16 year-old blue-haired girl with a unique voice and prodigious energy.

What makes her special is that she is not a human singer, but a virtual persona who uses a computer-generated voice and 3D graphics to perform on stage. With a repertoire entirely provided by individual creators, she is the first truly crowd-created virtual talent. But being virtual doesn't stop her from filling up concert halls, or teaming up with major artists like Lady Gaga and Pharrell Williams!

Internationally popular, with over 2.5 million followers on Facebook, the increasing demand for concerts overseas paved the way to Miku Expo, a world tour that has so far taken her from Indonesia to Los Angeles, New York and Shanghai, with a memorable TV stop at the David Letterman show.

Next spring she's back for a series of live concerts in her native country of Japan, before heading to North America for even more dates, to once again meet thousands of fans eager to see her "in person"!

In marked contrast to DD Hatsune Miku’s cool beauty as an Electronic Diva, for DD SNOW MIKU, we tried to enhance her cuteness. Some of the parts are made of clear plastic which can perfectly match the delicately colored dress. Scarf and Mittens, SNOW MIKU’s essential winter items are also included!
Her eyes are bigger than those of DD Hatsune Miku, which make her look even cuter♪

【Pre-Order Steps】

1. Click on the pre-order button with your choice of payment.
2. Place DD "Snow Miku" into your cart after you have checked the item information. Then proceed to the checkout page.
3. Follow the instructions on the checkout page and choose your desired shipping and payment methods.
4. A "Registration complete" page will be displayed once you are finished.
An email confirming the completion of your Preorder for DD "SNOW MIKU" will be sent to the email address you specified on registration.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at service@volksusa.com.
5. This concludes the registration for the pre-order for the limited item.

【Question and Answer】

Q1: What am I expected to do after I place my pre-order?
A: An invoice will be sent to you at the email address you used at the time of your pre-order. Please make sure to keep that invoice with you. VOLKS USA will contact you as soon as we are ready to ship your order. We will keep the record of your order on our system. However, if you do not receive the invoice from us after you place your order, please contact us our customer service at service@volksusa.com immediately.
Q2: If I pay a deposit, when will I pay the remaining balance for my order?
A: We will send you an email when your order is ready to be shipped out. Please refer to the instructions described in the email for paying the remaining balance.
Q3: Can I cancel my order while I am waiting to receive my pre-order?
A: When you cancel your order, the deposit made at the time of order will be retained as a cancellation fee. Please note the deposits are non-refundable.
Q4: Can I change the information such as the name, address, or phone number after my order is placed?
A: If you wish to change your information, please contact our customer service.
Q5: I want to place an order, but are there any differences in ordering at the VOLKS USA site and the VOLKS International Web Store site?
A: Yes. The orders will be shipped out from the store where you made your orders at. VOLKS International Web Store is run by VOLKS, Inc in Japan. Each store manages its events differently. Please read the regulations and contact the customer service of the store if you have any questions.
