The results of the lottery will be sent out in late December. The winner announcement emails will be sent to those who won the lottery. Upon receiving the email please read the included information for making your payment. Please complete your payment by the due date according to the instructions specified in the email.

• 1. When you make entries or purchase orders through our web site, you agree with our terms of service. Since the terms of service are subject to change without notice, please check back with the latest information.
• 2. Dollfie Dream® Lottery entries are eligible for the registered VOLKS USA Web Store users residing in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
• 3. Please keep in mind that this is a lottery to be able to purchase the doll. All winners must be able to pay for the winning lottery prize.
• 4. An entry for this lottery will not ensure your chance to win the lottery or to purchase the items of your choice.
• 5. We will not be able to answer any questions regarding the way the lottery works.
• 6. A lottery will be conducted for each of the Dollfie Dream®. You may only win one of dolls even if you entered for more than one Dollfie Dream®.
• 7. You cannot select the same Dollfie Dream® more than once per entry per the user account.
• 8. If more than one entry is made using individual/multiple web user name(s) and account(s), those user accounts will be closed without warning and will be barred from future web-store purchases.
• 9. We will not accept any entries if the name on the billing information is not the same as the name of the shipping address.
• 10. Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes after your entry. This includes cancellation, change shipping address, credit card information, etc. Please make sure to enter the correct information.
• 11. We will send emails to notify winners at the end of December 2014. Only the winners of the lottery will be able to make a purchase.
• 12. The only payment option is by credit card or credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER). We cannot accept any other methods such as money orders, personal checks, Paypal, etc.
• 13. Lottery winners shall complete the requirements listed in the email that was sent upon winning. If payment is not received by the due date, your winning the lottery will be cancelled and your web user account will be closed and will be barred from future web-store purchases.
• 14. A request to change information for your entry (including cancellation, shipping address, credit card information) will not be accepted once you become the lottery winner.
• 15. We will not honor any requests of transferring the winning right to any other individuals.
